Terms of Service — Strobil Tech

1. How We Work Together

These Terms govern projects, deliverables, and software engineering services provided by Strobil Technologies (operating under the trade brand Strobil Tech, reachable at strobiltech.com), led by Abdulbasit Khanusiya and Shahid Khanusiya.

Before writing code, we talk with you to understand your requirements, list the agreed features, and provide a clear quote and timeline. When you approve the quote and we start work, both parties agree to these fair terms.

2. 100% Code & Project Ownership

We believe in zero vendor lock-in. Everything custom-built for your business belongs to you:

Your Complete Ownership: Once the project is completed and final payment is settled, 100% of all source code, design assets, database files, and deployment accounts belong exclusively to you. We will hand over all login credentials and files promptly.

You are free to host, update, modify, or move your software anywhere you choose in the future.

3. Privacy of Your Project & Ideas (Confidentiality)

Your business ideas, customer data, and trade secrets are safe with us:

We keep all client discussions, concept details, and proprietary business logic strictly confidential.
We will never share or copy your business idea for another client or competitor.
If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to review and sign it before project discovery.

4. Milestones & Transparent Pricing

We work in clear, step-by-step milestones so you only pay as real progress is made:

Clear Quotes: We give you an honest price upfront. There are no surprise hidden fees.
Progress Reviews: We share live previews of your website or app so you can test features and request adjustments along the way.
Third-Party Costs: External costs such as your domain name, custom hosting servers, or Google Play / Apple developer account fees belong to you and are billed directly by those services.

5. 30-Day Free Post-Launch Support

We stand behind our work after launch:

Free 30-Day Support: For thirty (30) days following the launch of your website or app, we will fix any bugs, adjust styling issues, or correct functional deviations from our agreed scope at zero additional charge.

If you want ongoing monthly maintenance, feature additions, or server management after the 30 days, we offer affordable continuing support packages.

6. App & Website Use Rules

For applications, websites, and systems developed by Strobil Tech:

You agree not to use our code or services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
You agree not to attempt to breach security controls or deploy malware on servers hosted by us.
All mobile apps we publish for you on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store will comply with official platform developer guidelines.

7. Third-Party Services & Disclaimers

We engineer fast, secure, reliable code. However, like all software companies:

We are not responsible for downtime or outages caused by external third-party companies (such as your internet provider, Google Cloud/Firebase server downtime, or external payment gateway maintenance).
We will always do our best to help you troubleshoot and resolve any third-party service issues quickly.
